This Deiss Pro item works great as a lemon zester and a Parmesan cheese grater. No clumping, no issues. The orange handle gives you a grip without slipping, and I really like the added small handle on the end — it gives an even slide back and forth on the hard cheese. They also give you a plastic cover, so you don’t cut yourself if you keep it in the drawer. Zesting is easy and fast, and it is very easy to clean. Highly recommend.

I had a potato peeler that was… ok. It peeled regular russet potatoes well enough, but it didn’t work well on sweet potatoes. I’m half convinced this thing could peel a rock. It peels a sweet potato like it’s nothing — zero effort, and I can peel 3 pounds of them in a few minutes. I really like the blade guard as well: pinch it, slide one side on and then the other, and it sits in a drawer nicely.

Purchased this for my aunt, who had an ancient pizza cutter. Her main issue with the others we compared was that the guard was hard to get on and off, or that it didn’t cover the entire wheel. She loves this one for both reasons — the guard slides on and off easily and covers the whole wheel. It also has a rubberized, textured handle to help her hold on to it, as she has hand strength issues. It is very easy to clean, but it is sharp. A month in, she is very pleased.
