Terms and Conditions
These terms govern your use of mydeiss.com and any order you place on it. Please read them
before you buy. By placing an order you accept them.
1. Who you are buying from
This shop is operated by Deiss Limited, 2 Ayiou Pavlou & Kadmou, Nicosia, Cyprus 1105.
You can reach us at [email protected]. We answer within 1–2 business days.
2. Our products
We sell kitchen tools of our own brand. Product photographs and descriptions are meant to show
each item accurately, but colours on your screen and small manufacturing variations can differ
slightly from what you receive.
Materials, dimensions and care instructions for each item are listed on its product page.
3. Placing an order
Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we send you an order confirmation.
If we cannot fulfil an order — for example, an item is out of stock or the price shown was
clearly wrong — we will tell you and refund anything you have paid.
We may decline an order where we cannot deliver to your address, where a payment cannot be
verified, or where an order looks fraudulent.
4. Prices and payment
Prices are shown on the product page in the currency displayed there. Any taxes and delivery
charges that apply are calculated and shown at checkout before you pay.
Payment is taken at checkout through our payment provider. We do not see or store your full
card details.
5. Delivery
Orders are picked, packed and dispatched from an Amazon fulfilment centre. Delivery options,
costs and the destinations we ship to are shown at checkout.
You receive a tracking number by email once the parcel leaves the warehouse. Risk in the goods
passes to you on delivery.
6. Returns and refunds
You can return an unused item in its original packaging within 30 days of delivery. The full
conditions, including who pays return shipping and how long a refund takes, are set out in our
Returns and refunds policy, which forms part of these terms.
7. Warranty
Deiss Limited provides a lifetime warranty on its products against manufacturing and material
defects. Register your purchase, or raise a claim, on the
Warranty Activation page.
The warranty does not cover ordinary wear, damage from misuse or accident, or products altered
after purchase. It does not affect your statutory rights.
8. Your account
If you create an account, keep your password to yourself and tell us promptly if you think
someone else has used it. You are responsible for what happens under your account until you do.
9. Intellectual property
The Deiss name and logo, the text, photographs and design of this site belong to Deiss Limited or
to our licensors. You may not copy or reuse them commercially without our written permission.
10. Our liability
We are responsible for loss you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breaking these terms
or failing to use reasonable care. We are not responsible for loss that was not foreseeable, nor
for business losses.
Nothing here excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law, including liability for death
or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.
11. Privacy
How we handle your personal data is described in our
Privacy Policy.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The version in force for your order is the one published when you
placed it, and it is the version we will apply.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Cyprus, and disputes fall to the courts
of Cyprus. If you are a consumer, this does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory
consumer rules of the country where you live.
